Specialty Dentistry - General Dentistry with Pediatric experience Coverage needs: Start: As soon as credentialed End: Ongoing Shifts: Monday through Thursday 8 am to 7 pm (1 hour lunch break) Can be flexible with schedule Setting: Community Health Center Ages: 5 and up Newer clinic: Low volume Support Staff: 1 Dental Hygienist 2 Dental Assistants Procedures: Restorative (fillings) Extractions, root canals, cleanings EMR: Nextgen Board Certification: BC Dentist Travel: Client will cover mileage and lodging Credentialing timeline: 30-60 days for full privileges Requirements: Active AZ license and DEA
