Pharmacist - Boston, MA

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist in a rehab hospital setting located in Boston, MA. Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately in a rehabilitation hospital environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize pharmacy systems such as Epic and Pyxis for accurate medication management
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies

Desired Qualifications:

• Massachusetts licensed Pharmacist preferred; submissions from retail pharmacists and new graduates are welcome
• Knowledge and experience in pharmacy operations within hospital or rehab settings
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems
