Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients recovering from surgeries, including hip/knee replacements, mastectomies, and abdominal procedures.
- Administer medications and manage intravenous drips, such as PCA and Heparin.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and effective patient management.
- Be prepared to float across various campuses as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Active RN license in Iowa or a compact/multistate license.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC is mandatory.
- Experience with PCA and Heparin drips is essential.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).
This position involves working night shifts and may require flexibility to float between different facilities.
