In this position, you will play an essential role within a collaborative team, applying your clinical knowledge to manage and provide care for critically ill patients. You may also have the chance to work across various local facilities within the same specialty, broadening your experience and skill set.

• Deliver exceptional care to patients with cardiac, trauma, and neurological conditions
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care strategies
• Employ the EPIC EMR system for precise documentation
• Engage in on-call duties and weekend shifts as necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Current RN License in Iowa or a Compact State
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI are mandatory
• TNCC certification is preferred (required for contract extensions)
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system is essential
