Position AvailableWe are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist (Hartford/New Britain) to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of providing outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
- An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

What We Offer- A guaranteed base salary of $800 per day with unlimited earning potential (based on experience and start date)

We expect you to possess:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
- Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
