For the 2026-2027 school year (September 2, 2026 – June 17, 2027), you'll be a key member of a dedicated special services team, working full-time (40 hours per week) as one of just two OTs spanning the district.

Your expertise will shine as you manage a caseload averaging around 30 students, while also partnering with educators to implement Tier 1 supports and promote inclusive strategies throughout the school community. This is an excellent role for clinicians who value broad impact and close collaboration with colleagues and teaching staff.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in school-based occupational therapy roles is highly desired.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable providing broad-based supports to staff as well as direct student services.
  • Virtual work and COTA supervision are not options; in-person OT provider required.
  • Professional references must be provided and will be thoroughly checked.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students across assigned schools.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload (~30 students) while supporting general education staff with Tier 1 and inclusion practices.

  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement effective plans.
  • Contribute as a valued member of the district’s OT team, sharing resources, best practices, and solutions.

If you’re enthusiastic about direct service and eager to make a district-wide impact, this school-based OT opportunity is your next step. Submit your application and references today to take your career forward for the 2026-2027 school year!

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
