Occupational Therapist School Setting - Bothell, WA

This role offers the chance to make a positive impact by delivering vital occupational therapy services to students across all grade levels, while covering a leave assignment through December.

Key Qualifications:

• Active or eligible Washington Department of Health (DOH) Occupational Therapist License
• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate – School Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in providing school-based occupational therapy
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with school staff, students, and families
• Ability to manage a 40-student K-12 caseload effectively

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress for K-12 students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation in school activities
• Educate and consult with staff and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for documentation and service provision
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
