Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two pharmacist positions are available at a hospital in suburban Denver, Colorado, offering the opportunity to contribute to quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings. These roles require a Colorado pharmacist license and a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice.

Position Details:

  • Pharmacist – Inpatient: Variable days and afternoon shifts
  • Pharmacist – Outpatient Oncology: Day shifts
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks and beyond
  • IT System: EPIC

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado pharmacist license
  • Solid experience in clinical pharmacy
  • Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • For inpatient role: Manage medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes during hospital stays
  • For outpatient oncology role: Dispense chemotherapy and supportive care medications, counsel patients, and support oncology care teams during day shifts
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
