The Opportunity:Sample Dispatch Logistics TechnicianStevenage & Ware, UK (Full-Time, On-Site)About the OpportunityWe are partnering with a key player in the life sciences sector , offering an exciting opportunity for two Sample Dispatch Logistics Technicians to join a dynamic scientific operations environment.These roles combine inventory control, cleanroom logistics, and system-based accuracy , making it ideal for candidates with warehouse, lab, or material handling experience-particularly within regulated or life sciences settings.What We OfferCompetitive salaryBonus schemePension scheme25 days annual leave + 1 extra day for your birthdayOpportunity to join a growing organisation in the life sciences sectorThe RoleAs a Sample Dispatch Logistics Technician , you will support the end-to-end handling of samples within a regulated environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all activities.You will work across warehouse, laboratory, and cleanroom environments, playing a key role in maintaining sample integrity and supporting operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and document materials in line with Sample Dispatch, GMP, and site proceduresCollect samples from laboratories and transfer them to dispatch areas, including handling temperature-sensitive and cleanroom materialsProcess incoming samples and store them correctly based on location and temperature requirementsSupport returns, disposals, and maintain full product traceabilityIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to lean initiativesEnsure full compliance with EHS, GMP, and site standards at all timesExpectationsPrevious experience in a similar role (e.g. warehouse, laboratory, cleanroom, or material handling environment)Understanding of working in GMP or regulated environmentsStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and complianceAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesSelf-motivated, reliable, and proactive approach to workStrong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliersClear written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to service qualityGood IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and familiarity with stock management systemsComfortable using technology such as handheld scanners and inventory systemsWhy Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in a regulated life sciences environment , gaining exposure to cleanroom operations, sample management, and continuous improvement within a growing and supportive team.#LI-OnsiteDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
