Commercial Manager

Commercial Managers/Senior Commercial Managers required to work for Leading Contracts, Commercial & Construction Consultancy on Major High Speed Rail Infrastructure Projects.Ongoing contract basis, long term contracts (Inside IR35).London or Birmingham - Hybrid working arrangements, 3 Days in the Office and 2 Days WFH.Contract Day Rate dependant on relevant experience - Inside IR35.NEC Contracts experience and similar rail/infrastructure projects experience essential.Role Brief:As Commercial Manager you will undertake pre and post contract Commercial Management services over the duration of the project from inception, tender, post contract delivery and project close out.You will have experience working as a Commercial Manager on similar projects implementing effective cost and Commercial Management processes.Experience of working on infrastructure or construction projects from pre tender stage through to successful contract award and post contract administration.Commercial Management and Contract Administration processes in relation to cost management, payment, variations, change management and final accounts.NEC Contracts Knowledge and experience.Member of RICS or equivalent recognised body.TPBN1_UKTJ
