Property Manager - varied property portfolio, hybrid role, RICS Chartered SurveyorBenefits include:34 days annual leave (including bank holidays) pro rataInvestors in People - Platinum employerAs a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management and performance of a portfolio of properties within the North area of Lincoln/Lincolnshire. Duties will include:Liaising with internal teams (legal, property management and finance) in relation to lease renewals, lease expires, property surveys, rent reviews, dilapidation etcMaintaining an asset management plan for each site/property in the portfolio.Ensuring management of the diverse property portfolio in a consistent and co-ordinated way, having a thorough understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, regulatory compliance, and Service Charge Code.Providing reports to internal stakeholders i.e. total rental income, lease life cycle events etcExperience required:RICS Chartered Surveyor statusStrong commercial awarenessA sound understanding of Landlord and Tenant LawA good working knowledge of Health & Safety in relation to property.Experience with commercial property managementAn appreciation of rating lawA full driving licenceExperience establishing and administering commercial property service charges, and some residential property management would be an advantageTPBN1_UKTJ
