HGV Class 1 Driver

Driver Hire Colchester is recruiting several HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Earls Colne.This role involves operating a water tanker , travelling to and from various customer sites and destinations across the UK. The successful candidates must be flexible, as night shifts and regular tramping are required.Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class 1 water tanker.Transport water between customer sites and designated locations.Complete all required vehicle checks and paperwork.Comply with all DVSA regulations and company procedures.Maintain a professional approach when representing our client.Requirements Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.Good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations.Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.Comfortable with nights away and tramping.Reliable, flexible and safety-conscious.What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.Ongoing work with a well-established client.Weekly pay.Support from the Driver Hire Colchester team.Opportunity for long-term work for the right candidates.If you're an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a new opportunity with regular work, we'd love to hear from you.
