Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Play a leadership role in managing the execution of M&A transactions and debt financings for infrastructure investors
\n
• Support origination and deal execution across the Global Infrastructure industry (transport, energy, digital)
\n
• Develop pitchbook materials for client meetings and pitches
\n
• Lead due diligence sessions
\n
• Coordinate with legal, tax, accounting and rating agency parties
\n
• Mentor and train junior personnel
\n
• Contribute immediately in collaboration with senior bankers and generate client solutions
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
\n
• Previous Investment Banking experience
\n
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills including financial modeling
\n
• Experience in the infrastructure industry preferred
\n
• Professional maturity to interact directly with clients and drive origination and execution
\n
• Strategic and creative thinking; strong written and oral communications skills
\n
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and work effectively individually and as part of a team
\n
