This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.ResponsibilitiesQuality Management & ComplianceLead the implementation and management of the project QA/QC systems, ensuring full compliance with specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all construction phasesInspection, Testing & Handover OversightOversee inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and handover processes, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and alignment with commissioning and client expectationsCross-Disciplinary CoordinationCoordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to drive a right-first-time culture, proactively identifying risks, resolving non-conformances, and implementing corrective actionsTeam Leadership & Performance ManagementManage and mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors on site, promoting high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement across all work packagesClient & Stakeholder InterfaceInterface with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure quality objectives are clearly communicated, executed, and delivered in line with critical project milestonesRequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades backgroundMust have 8+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects including Data CentresMust be based within a commutable distance of BlythBenefits£80,000 - £100,000 + PackageTPBN1_UKTJ
