We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner Multi Trade to join a well-established housing provider carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works to social housing properties across Rochdale.This is an ongoing temporary role offering an immediate start, regular work, and the opportunity to join a busy team delivering high-quality responsive repairs for tenants within the social housing sector.The role involves working on occupied social housing properties across Rochdale, carrying out a range of joinery repairs and multi-trade maintenance tasks to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.We welcome applications from Joiners, Multi Skilled Joiners, Carpenter Joiners, Maintenance Joiners, Multi Trade Operatives, Property Maintenance Operatives, Repairs Operatives, and Carpenters with experience working within social housing, responsive repairs, or domestic property maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Carry out all aspects of domestic joinery repairs within social housing propertiesComplete responsive repairs including doors, frames, skirting, architraves, kitchens, and general carpentry worksRepair, replace, and install joinery components to a high standardCarry out minor multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, plastering, and tiling where requiredDiagnose and resolve maintenance issues within occupied propertiesEnsure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standardProvide excellent customer service while working within tenants homesMaintain a safe and tidy working environmentComplete all work in accordance with health and safety regulations and company standardsRequirements:Previous experience working as a Joiner within social housing or domestic maintenanceStrong joinery skills with experience carrying out responsive repairsMulti-skilled experience in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, or other finishing trades is desirableExperience working on social housing repairs is highly desirableFull UK driving licenceAbility to pass DBS and DVLA/driver monitoring checksAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadGood communication and customer service skillsBenefits:Immediate start availableOngoing temporary workCompany van providedMonday to Friday workingWeekly pay (CIS payments available)Opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable housing providerIf you're interested in this Joiner Multi Trade role, please apply online or call Alex on 07488 866 703.TPBN1_UKTJ
