Engineering Surveyor Location: Wendover | Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annumThe Role Engineering Surveyor required for representing one of the UKs leading civil engineering consultancies in their search for an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join a prestigious heavy civil engineering project in Wendover , forming a key part of the ongoing HS2 initiative.The project includes earthworks, roadworks, viaducts, and bridges, and is expected to run beyond 2030, offering long-term stability and career progression.As an Engineering Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering accurate survey data and supporting the successful delivery of the project across multiple work packages.Key Responsibilities Conducting setting out duties across earthworks, structures, and infrastructurePerforming GNSS surveys and establishing survey controlProcessing as-built survey data and outputsProducing accurate drawings and survey documentation for project teamsMaintaining high standards of quality assurance and accuracy in all survey tasksEstablishing and verifying primary and secondary control networksLiaising with designers and subcontractors to resolve site issuesRequirements Valid CSCS cardProven experience as an Engineering Surveyor, Setting Out Engineer, or Site EngineerA minimum of 4 years experience on heavy civil engineering projects in the UKStrong proficiency with modern surveying equipment, preferably Leica or TrimbleCompetence in CAD and data processingWhat's on Offer Competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per annumCar allowance providedAccommodation support for site work away from homeLong-term project stability with opportunities for career progressionParticipation in a high-profile civil engineering initiativeHow to Apply MGR Recruitment is acting as an employment business for this vacancy.
