The main focus of this role is to work in a team and create new business contacts and servicing existing through exceptional call management. You will liaise with clients to successfully package their proposals, always ensuring that you are providing the highest level of customer service.Responsibilities include:Creation of new business and management of existing using both telesales and email techniquesLiaising with the client to ensure accurate tailored proposals are createdAccurately costing the proposals using the bespoke costing systemServicing the clients requirements in the most efficient & effective wayDelivery of exceptional customer service and some sales administrationRegularly visiting assigned areas, taking part in inspection visitsResearching subjects and destinations in assigned areas to ensure up to date knowledge bankSkills required:Proven telesales experience and successful target management abilityProven experience and full understanding of delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work as under own initiative, and essentially as part of a wider teamIT literate and knowledge of Microsoft productsAbility to follow procedures and willingness to enhance themStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and be highly organisedExcellent verbal and written communication skills and accurate written and spoken EnglishFree to travelIf you are interested in this position, please apply for immediate consideration.Benefits:Free parkingOn-site parkingWork Location: In personTPBN1_UKTJ
