Age Requirement: 1823 years ONLY
Salary: £8.00 per hour for the first 12 months (£312 per week based on 39 hours)
Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence essential no learner drivers
Location: Home-based, covering Hampshire, Reading, Portsmouth and Berkshire, with regular travel to our Head Office in Sittingbourne, Kent (ME10 3SD)

Please note: This apprenticeship is only available to candidates aged 1823 years, in line with the eligibility requirements of the apprenticeship programme. Applicants must also hold a full, clean UK driving licence and be willing and able to travel to our Sittingbourne Head Office when required.

Building on that success, we recruited a further five apprentices in 2025, who continue to develop their skills through hands-on experience, structured training and support from experienced colleagues.

What We Are Looking For\n

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who:

  • Are aged 1823 years ONLY

  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence

  • Live in the Hampshire, Berkshire or Reading area
  • \n
  • Are willing to commit to the first 12 months at £8.00 per hour (£312 per week based on 39 hours)

  • Are happy to progress to the applicable National Minimum Wage rate in Year 2
  • \n
  • Are interested in building a long-term career within a growing international organisation
  • \n
Essential Requirements\n
    \n
  • Aged between 18 and 23 years old ONLY
  • \n
  • Full, clean UK driving licence sorry, no learner drivers
  • \n
  • 5 or more GCSEs Grade AC (or equivalent)
  • \n
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • \n
  • Physically fit and able to walk long distances and travel up and down stairs in high-rise buildings
  • \n
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required and adapt to varying travel schedules
  • \n
  • Comfortable travelling throughout the UK and occasionally staying away from home
  • \n
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • \n
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet applications and Adobe/PDF editing
  • \n
  • Willing and able to attend our Sittingbourne Head Office regularly for training and business requirements
  • \n
