What You'll Be Doing\n

- Supervising a team of six engineers and specialist subcontractors, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. \n
- Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the estate. \n
- Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team while remaining hands-on when required. \n
- Overseeing specialist contractors and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory requirements. \n
- Monitoring compliance with health & safety legislation, site procedures, and building compliance standards. \n
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the site's mechanical and electrical services, ensuring maximum reliability and uptime. \n
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of engineering activities, permits to work, and emergency response procedures. \n
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors while ensuring KPIs and contractual service levels are consistently achieved. \n

What We're Looking For\n
\n
- \n
- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). \n
- 18th Edition \n
- Previous experience supervising an engineering team within a commercial Facilities Management environment. \n
- Experience managing a team of engineers and coordinating specialist subcontractors. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and statutory compliance. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. \n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to support and develop engineers while maintaining exceptional service standards. \n
