Salary: Up to £35,500 per annum + sleep-in payments
Hours: Full Time 39 hours per week

\nWe're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing children's care provider for a passionate Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home in Corby.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker looking to progress into a leadership role where you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.
\nWorking alongside an experienced Registered Manager, you'll help lead a dedicated team, promote therapeutic, child-centred care and play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
The Role\nAs Deputy Manager, you will:

- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home. \n
- Lead, motivate and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding care. \n
- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding legislation and Children's Homes Regulations. \n
- Promote positive outcomes through therapeutic, relationship-based care. \n
- Assist with staff rotas, budgets and compliance. \n
- Deputise for the Registered Manager during periods of absence. \n
- Help create a positive culture that enables children to reach their full potential. \n

We're looking for someone who has:
\n- \n
- At least 2 years' experience working within a Children's Residential Home as a Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy Manager. \n
- NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent). \n
- Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding legislation and Children's Homes Standards. \n
- Experience managing staff rotas and budgets. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. \n
- A child-focused, proactive approach to supporting young people. \n
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential). \n
