4Leisure Recruitment are currently recruiting Lifeguards to join our temporary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across Colchester and the surrounding areas, gaining experience in a variety of leisure facilities\n
\n If you are passionate about water safety and want to work in some of the best indoor and outdoor pools in the area, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your lifeguarding career.\n
\n We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts, allowing you to work around your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience across a variety of pool environments.\n
Salary: £14.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)\n
Pay: Fortnightly
Key Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing incidents and responding quickly to emergencies.
\n
• Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool rules to create a safe and enjoyable environment.
\n
• Conduct regular checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
\n
• Assist with pool operations, including setting up and packing away equipment as needed.
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service by supporting and engaging with pool visitors.
\n

Requirements:\n
\n

\n
• NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certified
\n
• Strong swimming skills and confidence in the water.
\n
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
\n
