Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage email inboxes and diaries for Directors, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation.
  • \n
  • Undertake senior-level administrative and secretarial tasks.
  • \n
  • Draft and review executive correspondence for internal and external distribution.
  • \n
  • Assist with legal documentation, including reviewing contracts and maintaining compliance records.
  • \n
  • Oversee business projects and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Handle calls and respond on behalf of the Directors or redirect as appropriate.
  • \n
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • \n
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for events.
  • \n
  • Arrange company events, dinners, and public appearances.
  • \n
  • Manage personal appointments and household administration for the Directors.
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven professional experience in an EA/PA role supporting senior executives.
  • \n
  • Strong drafting and written communication skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational, workload, and diary management skills.
  • \n
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • \n
  • Legal experience or familiarity with legal documentation and procedures is highly desirable.
  • \n
  • Degree-level education is preferable.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • \n
  • Open to occasional travel, including visits to Wales.
  • \n
