An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a leading international law firm, advising on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Working as part of a highly regarded team, you will advise an impressive portfolio of regional and international clients across a variety of sectors.

This role offers exposure to high-value M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions, providing an excellent platform for career development within a collaborative and internationally connected practice.

Role

\n
• Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM matters
\n
• Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation
\n
• Support transactions from initial structuring and due diligence through to completion and post-completion matters
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse client base
\n
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership
\n
• Mentor and support junior members of the team
\n
• Work closely with colleagues across international offices on cross-border matters
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Qualified lawyer with 3–4 years’ PQE in corporate law
\n
• Strong experience advising on corporate transactions within a leading international or regional law firm
\n
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research skills
\n
• Commercially minded with strong business awareness
\n
• Proven ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
\n
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions is advantageous
\n
• Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential
\n
