£13.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience.

Part Time (16 hours) & Full Time Hours (32 hours) available.

Offering a comprehensive range of high-quality treatments, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated team and help us meet growing demand.

The Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional therapist who loves what they do and thrives in a friendly salon environment. You will deliver a wide array of beauty treatments, ensuring every client leaves feeling pampered, confident, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a diverse range of beauty treatments to a high standard - manicures, pedicures, BIAB nails, waxing, tinting, facials, lash treatments (LVLs) and all things massage. Would be advantageous if you have experience in micro-needling.

• Provide thorough, professional consultations to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and maintaining excellent client retention.
\n
• Ensure treatment rooms and nail stations are kept pristine, hygienic, and welcoming.
\n
• Manage bookings and advise clients on aftercare.
\n

What We Are Looking For:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years salon experience.
\n
• Confident experience working within a salon environment.
\n
• High attention to detail and a passion for the latest beauty trends and techniques.
\n
• A warm, personable, and reliable work ethic that fits our close-knit team.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
