Job Description

Barker Ross are recruiting for an experienced 3.5T Van Driver to join a busy client based in Exeter. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Pay: £15.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm

    \n
  • Multi-drop deliveries across the local and surrounding areas
  • \n
  • Loading and unloading your vehicle
  • \n
  • Completing approximately 15-25 drops per day
  • \n
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • \n
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks
  • \n
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately
  • \n
  • Working safely and efficiently to delivery schedules
  • \n

  • Must be available to start immediately

  • Full UK driving licence
  • \n
  • No more than 6 penalty points (No DR, DD, IN or TT99 endorsements )

  • Previous multi-drop driving experience preferred
  • \n
  • Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling
  • \n
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • \n
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  • \n
