Our care home, located on the outskirts of Macduff, offers excellent Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 34-residents, ensuring top-quality support in a tranquil settingActivities Coordinator Contract £13.50 per hourContracted to 3 days per weekPaid PVG, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction.You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one to one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia.Working as part of the wider team, the role contributes to a positive and stimulating environment where individuals feel valued, active and connected.
