\n - Proven senior Risk leadership experience within the insurance market (insurance experience is essential).
\n - Strong knowledge of Solvency UK / Solvency II and the Senior Managers & Certification Regime.
\n - Board-level stakeholder management and regulatory engagement experience.
\n - A track record of developing and enhancing Enterprise Risk frameworks within a regulated insurer.
