?? What Youll Earn

• £44,252 basic salary
\n
• OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
\n
• Shift premiums:\n

  • £10 per shift (starts 12:0019:59)
  \n
  • £15 per shift (starts 20:0003:59)
  \n
\n
• Weekend premiums:\n
  \n
  • £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays
  \n
  • £2,060/year for both
  \n
\n
• Compensation paid after 11 hours
\n
• Night out allowance
\n
• Overtime available if you want extra shifts

?? The Role

Youll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UKs best-known brands:

• Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
\n
• Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
\n
• Regular trunking between Culina group sites
\n
• Minimal handball
\n
• Occasional nights out
\n

Shift pattern: 5 on / 3 off giving you better work-life balance.
