About the Role\n
\nBased at our friendly residential home in Evesham (currently a 6-bed service, expanding to 8 beds), you'll support adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying the activities they love.\n
Your role will include:\n

\nWe also have a service vehicle available, so a full driving licence would be an advantage.\n
\nAbout the Service\n
\nOur home is conveniently located just five minutes from Evesham town centre, with excellent public transport links, nearby shops and restaurants, and on-site parking.\n
\nWe're proud to have been rated GOOD by the CQC.\n
Shift Pattern\n
\nThis role involves a mixture of shifts, including:\n

About You\n
\nSome previous care or relevant support experience is preferred, but full training will be provided. We're looking for people with the right values, compassion and commitmentbecause great care comes from the heart.\n

- Preparing meals and supporting household routines. \n
- Helping customers access the local community, appointments and activities. \n
- Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing. \n
\nWe also have a service vehicle available, so a full driving licence would be an advantage.\n
