Enrichment Development Manager

Derby College Group (DCG) are seeking an ambitious and innovative Enrichment Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of an exciting, inclusive and impactful enrichment programme across the college. Reporting to the Head of Student Development, you will play a key role in ensuring every student has access to meaningful opportunities that enhance personal development, wellbeing, employability, leadership skills and future progression.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to shape a college-wide enrichment strategy, developing activities across arts and culture, sport and physical activity, community engagement, outdoor learning, employability and life skills. You will work closely with curriculum teams, students and external partners to create an engaging programme that removes barriers to participation and promotes inclusion for all learners, including those with SEND.About youYou will have experience of managing enrichment, student experience or personal development programmes, alongside strong project management, partnership-building and data analysis skills.
