About the RoleTeamwork Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Section Supervisor- Wholesale to join a busy wholesale and distribution operation.This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for maintaining operational standards, stock control, customer service, and team performance across a designated section of the depot. You'll play a key role in ensuring your department delivers excellent standards, availability, and customer experience every day.Key Responsibilities- Section OperationsMaintain high standards across your departmentEnsure stock is merchandised, organised, and replenished effectivelyManage daily section priorities and workload planningSupport promotional launches and product availabilityStock Control & AvailabilityMonitor stock levels using handheld systems (HHT)Identify gaps, low stock, and supply issuesManage damaged and short-dated stock processesComplete weekly gap scanning and stock checksTeam & Customer ServiceSupport and guide section operativesEnsure excellent customer service standards are maintainedRespond quickly to operational and customer requirementsPromote a positive and productive team environmentStandards & ComplianceMaintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standardsEnsure customer and colleague safety at all timesMonitor pricing accuracy and ticketing complianceSupport depot-wide operational excellence initiativesWhat We're Looking For? Previous experience as a Section Supervisor? Strong stock control and inventory management experience? Excellent communication and organisational skills? Ability to lead by example and motivate teams? Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail?
