About Us We are a warm, caring, and person-centred 7-bedded residential home supporting young adults with profound learning disabilities and complex needs. Our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where each individual can live with dignity, develop independence, and enjoy meaningful experiences.We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our team and make a genuine difference in the lives of the young people we support.Residential Support Worker - The Role 24-36 hours per week As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of each resident. You will help create a positive, supportive, and engaging home environment while promoting independence, wellbeing, communication, and social inclusion.Key Responsibilities Supporting young adults with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and mobilityBuilding positive and trusting relationships with residentsEncouraging participation in activities, education, and community outingsFollowing individual care plans and behaviour support strategiesAdministering medication where required and following health and safety proceduresMaintaining accurate records and reportsWorking closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleaguesPromoting dignity, choice, respect, and safeguarding at all timesSenior Support Worker - The Role 24-36 hours per week As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead by example and support the management team in delivering outstanding person-centred care.
