\nAn opportunity has arisen for a Medical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-established and growing team. This is an excellent role for a Solicitor looking to progress their career while working on complex, high-quality matters within a supportive and collegiate environment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing medical negligence cases from initial instruction through to post-settlement \n
- Screening new enquiries and assessing prospects of success \n
- Reviewing medical records, preparing chronologies and gathering evidence \n
- Instructing counsel and medical experts \n
- Advising clients on funding options, risk and case strategy \n
- Supporting senior colleagues and providing cover where required \n
- Advising on related matters including complaints, inquests and access to medical records \n
- Delivering a sensitive and professional service to vulnerable clients, including elderly and disabled individuals \n
Abot You
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales \n
- Approximately 2+ years' PQE in Medical Negligence \n
- Demonstrates the ability to manage matters with a good level of autonomy \n
- Strong client care, communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities \n
- A collaborative team player who maintains high professional and ethical standards \n
