Job Description

Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland's Infrastructure segment are looking to recruit a friendly and polite Receptionist for our Kilsyth office. You will ensure the office runs smoothly and support managers and employees with a variety of tasks, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.Your team Location: Kilsyth, ScotlandRole: Permanent, 37.5 hours a weekMaking Possible As a Receptionist, you will initially be responsible for the following:To be the first point of contact for our project office in KilsythGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeEnsure the reception area is tidy and presentableProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by arranging and allocating access passes to full-time staff and monitoring visitors to the officeManagement of meeting room booking systemEnsure meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentableSupport project teams and support staff with travel and accommodation bookingsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopyingAny other administrative duties as requiredWhat do you bring to the role? General administration experience with good IT skills (proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)Good communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organisation with strong attention to detail ensuring records are maintainedAbility to prioritise effectivelyEnthusiastic and out-going personalityGood interpersonal skills - must be a team playerAble to have a full-time presence in the Kilsyth officePrevious Front of House Experience would be desirableWhats in it for you?
