Key Highlights
- Become part of a thriving practice with five MFM specialists.
- Most of your time will be spent at Aurora Sinai Medical Center, with outreach to other facilities in the Greater Milwaukee area. This role offers a stable home base along with the flexibility to travel to various Advocate Hospitals with different patient needs.
- Remote MFM coverage is available at select locations.
- Receive support from Advanced Practice Providers.
- Access to three tertiary obstetric centers within the Advocate Health Care System in Wisconsin.
- Utilize three Level III NICUs and four Level II NICUs across Wisconsin.
- Our MFM team covers over 12,000 deliveries at 11 birthing centers in Eastern Wisconsin.
- Minimal on-call duties from home, with a 1:6 call schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Join a network of over 100 OBGYNs employed within the Wisconsin system.
- Be part of the largest MFM program in Wisconsin.
- Collaborate with additional specialists on-site, including Urogynecology, REI, and Gyn/Onc.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
- Engage with a nationally recognized organization that features a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines.
- Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for easy review and approval.
- Experience a workplace dedicated to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
About Aurora Sinai Medical Center
- Serves as an obstetrical tertiary care center, accepting referrals and high-risk maternal transports from across the Aurora system and southeastern Wisconsin.
- Features an OB Hospitalist program with 24-hour onsite coverage.
- Hosts an independent OB/GYN residency program offering extensive clinical and educational opportunities, along with resident mentorship.
- Acts as a clinical clerkship site for the University of Wisconsin Medical School in OB/GYN.
- Provides on-site pediatric cardiology coverage.
- Offers NICU critical care transport services and advanced care for high-risk neonates.
- Functions as a maternal cardiac critical care center.
Training and Experience Required
- MD/DO degree.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible.
