We are seeking a creative and compassionate professional to join our Recreation Department, working with residents in our TBI Neuro Behavioral Program. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone passionate about education, mental health, and therapeutic engagement.
\nDUTIES:

Assess residents’ cognitive and functional levels
\n - \n
Plan and implement educational and cognitively stimulating programs
\n - \n
Lead group and one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs and abilities
\n - \n
Support residents with cognitive, mental health, and physical disabilities
\n - \n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to enhance quality of life through structured programming
\n - \n
Maintain appropriate documentation and progress notes
\n
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, Psychology, Human Development, Mental Health, or a related field preferred
\n - \n
Experience working with individuals with cognitive or behavioral challenges is a plus
\n - \n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n - \n
Creative, empathetic, and team-oriented approach
\n - \n
Must be reliable, organized, and motivated to engage residents in meaningful activities
