Sign-on and Relocation Bonuses: Up to $10,000 for full-time positions and $5,000 for part-time roles.

- Continuing Education: Hygienists with one year of employment may receive reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 annually.
- Certification Training: The organization provides training for certifications such as CPR, Radiology, and Nitrous Oxide. Selected employees may be reimbursed for eligible training and testing expenses needed for certification renewal.
- Provide direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.
- Perform direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and other related procedures.
- Enhance customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
- Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and organizational standards.
- Guide patients and their families through the treatment process.
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
- Take x-rays and ensure they are properly documented in patient charts.
- Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and understanding.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
