Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near West Central, IN. IN license required.
Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call. Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model. Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho. Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? YES. EMR: Cerner. Must have IN license. Will cross credential at 2 sites. Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted. $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $All-inclusive Competitive Hourly pay + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
