Job Description
Salary Range: $280K - $350K
Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to become a part of our dedicated team, which includes OB/GYNs, Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Nurse Midwives. We also have an OB Nocturnist and a day Hospitalist, significantly minimizing the on-call responsibilities for our physicians.
The selected Obstetrician/Gynecologist will deliver comprehensive care to patients. Our thriving OB program is expanding, with an anticipated 980 deliveries in 2025.
We provide personalized care in both hospital settings and our outpatient women's health facility, which has been fully renovated to enhance patient experience.
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering obstetrical and gynecological care in an office setting.
Providing in-hospital obstetrical services in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives, including emergency cesarean sections, spontaneous vaginal births, triage, and rounding on antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients, as well as performing circumcisions.
Conducting in-hospital gynecological care, which encompasses emergency procedures, consultations, and care for admitted patients.
Responding to patient inquiries from the practice, along with calls from nursing staff, the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and other consults.
Engaging in resident education for Family Medicine residents.
Our team is supported by highly trained and experienced Registered Nurses, a Board Certified Neonatologist (Director of Newborn Medicine), and a team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. Anesthesia coverage is readily available.
We utilize EPIC EMR for our electronic medical records.

Our compensation and benefits package is both comprehensive and competitive, with a salary range of $280K - $350K.
