One Trust Cookie and Privacy Management Architect

Job Overview: Pay Range $85hr - $90hr Requirement/Must Have: Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from IAPP (Required). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Information Security, or related field. 15+ years of experience in Privacy, Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture. 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing OneTrust solutions. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale privacy and consent management programs. Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ePrivacy Directive, LGPD, PIPEDA, and Global Privacy Regulations. Strong experience with cookie management, consent frameworks, and preference centers. Experience developing privacy governance frameworks and operating models. Strong communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of OneTrust Privacy Management solutions across the organization. Configure and manage OneTrust modules including Cookie Consent & Preference Management, Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR/DSR), Data Mapping, Data Client, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Consent and Preference Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Incident & Breach Management. Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives. Design and implement cookie consent solutions for global websites and digital properties. Manage cookie inventories, cookie classification, and consent categorization. Configure geolocation-based consent models and multilingual privacy notices. Ensure compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and other privacy laws. Establish Privacy-by-Design principles across business and technology initiatives. Lead privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations. Define and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA). Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Develop privacy policies, standards, procedures, and operating models. Architect integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, and custom applications. Design APIs and automation workflows supporting privacy operations. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams. Drive solution design reviews, governance reviews, and architecture approvals. Partner with executive leadership, privacy officers, legal counsel, and business stakeholders. Present privacy program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Lead workshops, training sessions, and privacy awareness programs.
