Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX.
Shift: 2x12+2x8. Day off per week per scheduler's needs. No set days. GWW: 44 hours. Cases: Ortho, Urology, General, GI, GYN. Will cross credential at 3 sites. Medical Direction. EMR: Cerner. Certification Requirement: BLS. Practice will screen candidates. Credentialing: 90 days. $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
