Our organization is in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to become part of a well-established and collaborative practice team located in Anacortes, Washington.

In this position, you will integrate into a unified, multi-specialty group dedicated to offering the latest technological advancements and medical innovations to the surrounding communities. Physicians will have the chance to practice at the highest level of their expertise while benefiting from strong mentorship and a collaborative approach to patient care. The Robotic Surgery Program, which commenced in 2025, features the DaVinci V surgical robot. While robotic experience is preferred, strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with referring physicians are also highly valued.

Position Details:
  • Full-time role with a 4-day work week
  • Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
  • 1:4 call schedule
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive, multi-specialty group and dedicated staff
  • Utilize the integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform across the organization
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual compensation ranging from $387,990 to $465,588
  • Eligibility for loan repayment programs, including PSLF
  • Competitive base salary guarantee along with productivity incentives during the first year, plus a comprehensive allowance for CME and professional society memberships: malpractice coverage, Washington State Medical License, DEA, and medical staff dues covered by our organization

  • Sign-on bonus of $30,000
