\nJob Summary
\nour client is one of the fastest growing commercial and industrial electrical contractor specializing in design-building projects. The Traveling Senior Project Manager leads large-scale electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
\nTasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
\n- \n
- Maintain and enforce Enterprise Electrical safety standards. \n
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple commercial electrical construction projects. \n
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. \n
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts. \n
- Collaborate with field supervisors, general contractors, engineers, and clients. \n
- Oversee procurement, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation. \n
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed. \n
- Enforce quality control procedures. \n
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. \n
- Represent the company in owner/GC meetings. \n
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills
\nRequired:
\n- \n
- 8+ years of electrical project management experience. \n
Experience Requirements:
\n- \n
- Experience managing projects is valued at $5M+. \n
- Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical construction methodologies. \n
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. \n
- Proficient in Revit, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Excel. \n
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\n- \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Prior field experience preferred. \n
- OSHA-30 and CPR/First Aid preferred. \n

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze project costs, forecasts, and profitability. \n

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple high value projects simultaneously. \n
- Ability to negotiate change orders, resolve conflicts, and manage risks proactively. \n
- Demonstrated ability to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project phases. \n
- Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. \n

- The role will be initially assigned to projects based in San Antonio, with extensive travel to other states and cities required as new projects begin. \n
- Ability to navigate job sites. \n
- Occasional evening or weekend work. \n

Competitive Pay: $180-$250,000
