OBGYN Opportunity in Boca Raton, FL

We are a thriving and well-regarded private OB/GYN practice located in Boca Raton, FL, actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to become part of our expanding team. Currently, our practice consists of two physicians and five nurse practitioners, and we are growing to meet the rising demand in our lively and rapidly developing community.

Practice Overview:

• Main Office: Our primary location, situated on hospital grounds, features 11 versatile Exam/Procedure rooms, in-house ultrasound services, and bone density testing. We operate from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, with mid-level providers covering weekend hours, ensuring convenience for both patients and staff.
• Satellite Office: Located in Boynton Beach, this office includes 4 exam rooms and operates four days a week, just a short 15-minute drive from West Boca Hospital.

Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:

This position is particularly appealing due to its flexibility. We provide adjustable schedules and call assignments to suit your lifestyle. Our practice philosophy emphasizes accessible services for patients while ensuring our providers maintain a healthy work-life balance. We are open to discussions regarding full-time, part-time, or alternative scheduling arrangements.

Clinical Focus:

• The practice is composed of 65% Gynecology and 35% Obstetrics, with each physician averaging 6-7 deliveries monthly.
• There is a high volume of surgical and gynecologic cases, and the outpatient surgery center is conveniently located on the same floor as our office.
• Our mid-level providers manage first-call responsibilities, allowing physicians to concentrate on patient care.
