Trillium Construction is seeking a Millwright Helper in Talladega, AL.

Key Responsibilities
\n • Assist millwrights with the installation of a tail pulley on a grain elevator, disassemble a drag conveyor to access and unsplice a 4 foot wide elevator belt
\n • Gather, organize, and transport tools, materials, and replacement parts to job sites.
\n • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks under supervision.
\n • Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery and equipment.
\n • Assist with equipment disassembly, assembly, alignment, and installation.
\n • Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.
\n • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
\n • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all plant safety policies.

Pay: Up to $25
\n Per Diem: $150 / day for days worked only.
\n Schedule: Tue - Sat, 50h+ / week
