OB/Gyn | Northern Indiana (~1 hr from Chicago)

LOCATION: St. John, Indiana

Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our team at the St. John Health Center. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a well-established and busy practice, collaborating with experienced physicians in a supportive environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills who is eager to forge strong connections within the community and cultivate lasting relationships with patients. The physician will be expected to work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of top-quality patient care.

• Flexible full-time clinic hours
• Shared call rotation with seven other physicians
• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients daily
• Inpatient volume: varies
• Average deliveries: 6 - 7 per month
• Level III NICU supported by neonatologists from Lurie Children's Hospital
• Onsite Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support
• Collaboration with advanced practice providers and certified nurse midwives
• Onsite ultrasound facilities
• Preferred proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries
• Experienced clinical support staff
• Strong collegial support

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree required
• Physician License (DR) - Required upon hire
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if applicable) - Required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
