Fox & Gary, a Kansas City based workers' compensation defense litigation law firm, is seeking an attorney to work in a collaborative firm environment. Duties include all aspects of handling workers' compensation litigation matters including preparation of pleadings, investigative work, depositions, court appearances, trials, appeals and other tasks associated with handling workers’ compensation files. MO and KS license preferred.\n
