Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for various vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
- Ensure the upkeep and repair of equipment, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the store facility.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing over 75 pounds in confined spaces.
- Adapt to working in different temperature conditions.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
