\nCompensation: $17.25 or $22 (CNA) + Shift Differential\n

\nPM: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM\n

\nThe Opportunity\n
\n
\nAs a Residential Aide, you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities span nursing-related tasks, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities, all delivered with respect, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining independence and dignity.\n
\n
\nYou will support residents according to their individual care plans, helping them meet their physical, emotional, and social needs in a homelike setting. \n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities \n
\nAssist with daily personal care (dressing, undressing, hygiene, bathing) \n
\nAdminister and monitor medications; manage supplies and complete documentation\n
\n • Record vital signs and weights \n
\nPerform laundry services (wash, dry, distribute clean laundry, collect dirty items) \n
\nHelp with mobility and safe transfers \n
\nSupport the kitchen (serve meals, wash dishes, clean and reset) \n
\nPerform light housekeeping (empty trash, clean bathrooms, make and change beds)\n
\n • Encourage participation in resident activities \n
\nMaintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment \n
\nExemplary attendance is essential to your role and team \n
\n
