You will support the current HR team and the wider operation on achieving and maintaining various KPIs such as absence and disciplinaries as well as drive certain people engagement initiatives.This is a full time, permanent on site position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000.00 per annum , and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Youll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What youll do on a typical day:Support the HR function in Employee Engagement activities including creating promotional materials, posters, presentationsMaintain the HR system and associated records, such as sickness and holiday entitlementGet involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement and organisational changePrepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when requiredWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous experience working in an administrative environment, preferably within a HR settingStrong in systems - Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointDriving License and access to own vehicleExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levelsExperience in undertaking a broad range of tasks and willingness to learnWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
